Oversee, coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of project team(s).
Enforce internal processes.
Coordinate with Operations Manager and Team Leads to ensure that team members are appropriately allocated across projects.
Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Ensure that changes in scope or schedule are justified, financially covered, and agreed upon by relevant stakeholders.
Maintain control over project scope and make needed decisions to ensure project success.
Ensure project closure and sign-off in timely manner with highest customer satisfaction.
Identify and report risks throughout project lifecycle and take needed actions .
Make certain that client needs are met as the project evolves.
Monitor project(s) closely to assess adherence to quality standards, milestones, and deadlines.
Monitor, track, and assess project progress and handle/report any issues that arise.
Act as a single point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all stakeholders.
Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans, and money spent (Jira/Harvest/TimeCamp).
Update project documents regularly.
Provide unbiased evaluation of project team members.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
