Utilize sales tools to profile and gather sales opportunity intelligence.
Develop sales strategies to drive opportunities and sales growth in regional areas.
Respond to inbound leads.
Meet (or exceed) quarterly sales quota
Collaborate with project management teams to manage customer relationships and maintain satisfaction
Manage, track, and report on all activities and results
Adapt to modified work hours to cover accounts in other time zones
6+ years of sales or business development experience with a focus on selling/delivering technology or consulting services.
3-4+ years selling for a marketing/design/software agency.
Experience with B2B sales.
Experience in managing the entire sales cycle (from lead generation/prospecting through to negotiation and closing).
The ability to empathize with clients and understand the challenges related to product development and design.
Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written), as well as solid organizational skills.
Exceptional initiative and a stellar team spirit, with a proven track record in working within a team to achieve goals.
Experience in selling design services (UX & UI) would be an advantage.
